General
- Enabled bg queue announcer.
- Disabled "world" channel in favor of "global", as we were seeing the community being divided on the the two.
- Fixed LFG disabled notice on level up.
- Allow crossfaction for group trying to queue bgs.
- Don't apply cross faction battleground models in arena, players will remain with their original visual race.
- Adjusted horde percs to match alliance ones after enabling crossfaction.
- Fixed a sneaky bug sometimes causing fall damage or fall through map after teleporting.
