We want to allow players to reserve their favorite character name before launch.
Friday, March 18 at 16:00 CET, we’ll open the “Name Reservation” realm on which characters for name reservation must be created. There’s a fixed limit of two characters per account before launch, meaning players will be able to create two characters each while also reserving the names.

The name is reserved when the character has been created.
The character is then locked until launch on March 25, 2022 at 16:00 CET, where it becomes available to login and begin the adventure. However, if you change your mind, you’ll be able to delete a character to create a new one if your maximum number of characters does not exceed two.

How to:

1. Create your personal Sunstrider account on our website.
2. Follow the instructions on the get started page.
3. Log into the game and go to the "Name Reservation" realm from the realm selection window.
4. Create your character.
